Terms of Use
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of scopohealthagency.com and the plan-comparison tool operated by Scopo Health Agency LLC ("Scopo Health Agency," "we," "us"). By using the website, you agree to them.
Who we are
Scopo Health Agency LLC is an independent, licensed health insurance agency (Florida Agency License L135364; Texas Agency License 3419178). We are not HealthCare.gov, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or any federal or state government agency, and we are not affiliated with them. Insurance carriers pay us a commission when you enroll in a plan through one of our licensed agents. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through an agent or directly with the Marketplace.
Plan information is not a quote or enrollment
- Premiums, subsidy estimates, and plan details shown on this website are preliminary and for comparison only. Your actual premium and any premium tax credit are determined only by the official Marketplace application after your household and income information is verified.
- Saving a preferred plan does not submit an application, enroll you in coverage, or make coverage effective. A licensed agent must review your preference, obtain your written consent, collect the required application information, and complete the enrollment process separately.
- Plan availability, networks, formularies, and prices change. Verify that your doctors and prescriptions are covered before enrolling.
Consent and authorization
Federal Marketplace rules require your documented consent before an agent assists with your application. Acknowledging a notice on this website is informational only and is not that consent. Your agent will obtain and record it separately.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information. Inaccurate income or household information can change your eligibility and may require you to repay premium tax credits at tax time.
- Keep your account login confidential and tell us if you believe it has been compromised.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and only to shop for coverage for yourself or members of your household.
No professional advice
Information on this website is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, or medical advice. Talk with a tax professional about how premium tax credits affect your tax return.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, and the Scopo Health name and logo belong to Scopo Health Agency LLC or its licensors. Carrier names and logos belong to the respective insurance companies and are used to identify their products.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and tool are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scopo Health Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including reliance on preliminary plan or premium information. Nothing in these terms limits any duty we owe you as a licensed insurance agency under Florida or Texas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
